• Certification Details
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, CHEMO, TNCC, Tech Cert Verification - National, State License 1 Verification, NURSYS Verification, Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB), NIH Stroke Certification, CPI, and Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam are required as applicable.
• HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement required.
• Color Blind Testing Online required.
• Various Competencies required as applicable.
  • Job Details
  • 24 bed Progressive Care/Stepdown/Telemetry floor.
  • Typical staffing ratio's 1:3 or 1:4.
  • Comprehensive stroke center, Level II Trauma, Chest Pain Accredited facility with the ability to provide complex care to PCI and open-heart surgery patients.
    • Schedule Information
    • Holiday RTO: Traveler will be asked to work 2 out of 3 holidays if needed
    • 100 mile radius rule in effect. The traveler must live at least 100 miles from the facility. If they live within 100 miles from the facility, they are not qualified.

      • I9 required for direct candidates.

      • Drivers License required for all travelers.
      • Can be a state issued identification card, but it must include the permanent address on the document (even if not used for the I9).
