  • Electronic Documentation--preferredOther Details:Minimum Qualifications:--- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing--- Current RN licensure in the state of Idaho.--- Current BLS certification required.Essential Job Functions:--- Demonstrates knowledge and appropriate use of the Nursing Process for patients in the following age groups: Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults and Geriatrics.--- Documents thoroughly as care is delivered, following regulatory and hospital requirements.--- Assumes responsibility for clinical competencies and professional development of self and others.--- Practices in a clinical environment through application of theoretical knowledge and practical skills--- Ability to work varied shifts and/or days including weekends and holidaysKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:--- Must be able to utilize good judgment, demonstrate patience, utilize best practices for patient care as expected by department leaders and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.--- Must be able to work in a busy, stressful and work environment where practice changes to meet new patient safety requirements, goals or objectives.--- Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, Electronic medical records software.--- Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage workload expectations.--- Interpersonal verbal communication and advanced math skills.--- Creativity, problem analysis, team work and decision making.*100 mile radius rule in effect.
