Job Description:

Provides RN oversight to the Personal Assistant Services Program of Life, A Center for Independent Living in Idaho Falls. Provides and directs provisions of nursing care to consumers in their homes as prescribed by the nurse assessment from Idaho Health and Welfare and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and agency policies. All services are based on a written plan of care. The plan of care must be revised and updated based upon treatment results or a consumer's changing needs as necessary, or at least annually.Some of this position can be completed from home but will also require in-home visits, as well as driving regularly to the Idaho Falls office location. As part of our procedure and processing your application, your references, employment history and background may be checked.
