    • Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in need of urgent medical attention.
    • Responsible for quickly assessing and triaging patients, and for developing and implementing effective treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
    • Primary focus is to provide rapid, evidence-based interventions to stabilize patients in critical condition, and provide support and reassurance to patients and their families during times of crisis.
    • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment, and able to manage multiple competing demands while remaining focused on providing exceptional patient care.
    • Responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed medical records, and for ensuring all patient care is in compliance with legal and ethical standards, hospital policy and procedures, and regulatory standards.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required as is the ability to build positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues alike. Qualifications
      
      Job Requirements:
      • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
      • Current RN licensure in the state of Idaho.
      • Current BLS certification.
      • Obtain ACLS within 6 months, PALS within 9 months, TNCC within one year Preferred Job Requirements:
        • Prefer 2 years Emergency/Critical Care or Medical Surgical Nursing
        • ENPC preferred
